THIS IS WHAT YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!!! Class will be taught on the popular Jordan 1 shoe, but techniques can be used for any shoe cake. You will learn: •stacking, carving, and sculpting a shoe cake •icing a shoe cake •covering a shoe cake in fondant •techniques to achieve any shoe design of your choice •making your own shoe cake templates
